I had this in Spain, what is really nice is Alioli with grated frozen tomato with basil on a cracker

Ali Oli is best described as a Spanish version of mayonaise. It usually has quite a strong garlic taste and is eaten on bread with the salad course at the beginning of a meal. Very simple but extremely delicious if the blend of garlic and lemon is right
