  1. Grind garlic with salt until a paste
  2. Put milk into blender and slowly add the oil until mixture becomes thick. Add oil until the consistency you require.
  3. Add garlic and lemon to taste

    Ali Oli is best described as a Spanish version of mayonaise. It usually has quite a strong garlic taste and is eaten on bread with the salad course at the beginning of a meal. Very simple but extremely delicious if the blend of garlic and lemon is right

    I had this in Spain, what is really nice is Alioli with grated frozen tomato with basil on a cracker
