A refreshing and punchy ginger-beer based cocktail with vanilla vodka, limes, ginger and apple slices

Method

  1. Combine ginger beer, apple juice, vanilla vodka and lime juice in a large jug.
  2. Add apple, ginger and limes wedges to the punch. Add lots of ice just before serving.

    I made this last nigt for impromptu drinks with friends. It proved a big hit. Very easy to make and makes a real change drinking Ginger beer rather than wine or beer, will definitely be making again but in larger batches!!

  • 500ml vanilla vodka (or add 1 tsp vanilla extract to plain vodka)
  • 4 limes , 2 juiced, 2 cut into wedges
  • 1 apple , thinly sliced
  • thumb-sized piece ginger , peeled and thinly sliced
