I've made a similar side dish using spinach/pak choi and brocolli, using a little oyster sauce in addition to the soy. Makes a lovely side dish to any oriental-style meat, such as five-spice chicken or crispy beef.

This was fantastic! I added some bean sprouts too as I had some in the cupboard, and it was lovely.

Made this tonight, really nice subtle flavours of soy, garlic and sesame. I'd definitely recommend it, it's so quick and easy.

This is a really tasty way of serving spinach, even my boyfriend enjoyed it and he is determined to not like veg!
