Asian breakfast eggs
Don't reserve cupboard staple sweet chilli sauce for dipping - serve it with fried eggs, spring onion, ginger and toast for brunch

Ready in 10 mins
- Fry the shallots, ginger and chilli in a little oil until softened. Break in eggs and cook until the whites are set. Serve with sweet chilli sauce, a scattering of spring onion and bread or toast.
