This looks and tastes delicious although I think the nectarines ended up being slightly overcooked by the time the syrup had reached perfection.

This was simply gorgeous! So easy to make and it is suitable for every possible occasion. I added a little bit of dessert wine to the peaches and it made it so delicious.

A very quick and easy recipe. Bit different and lovely warm with vanilla ice cream. I would only use 1 tbspn of honey - at least to begin with - add more for sweetness. Looks very pretty too.
