King prawns with herby dip

Ingredients

  • 180g King prawns
  • Half fat creme fraiche
  • Dill
  • 2 lemons
  • Cucumber

Method

    1. Defrost prawns
    2. Mix creme fraiche with chopped dill, Zest of 1 lemon and grated cucumber
    3. Serve with a curls of lemon zest
