very light and refreshing, how much cassis to use, too much and it can be over powering too little and why bother! Its all down to personal taste but what does 4 cassis really mean?

I liked the idea of this, but was rather underwhelmed with the result! Personally I think I'd rather just have a glass of rose with some strawberries on the side! If I try this again I would try 4tbsp of cassis (tried 4 tsp and this didn't seem enough) and leave for maybe 30mins or so - after 1hr the strawberries had started to disintegrate, which didn't look so nice.

Sorry but this was disappointing. I made this for a dinner party with 7 of us and nobody, including me, liked it. I think maybe the recipe should have specified a sweet rose as the one I got was probably too dry. Maybe that would have helped. Also "4 cassis" is meaningless... 4 bottles/tablespoons/glasses ?
