Green beans with pine nuts & shallot butter
Spruce up your greens by adding crunchy nuts and a lemony shallot dressing - a versatile side dish

- Heat the butter in a large frying pan and gently cook the shallot until soft. Add the pine nuts and cook for a minute until golden. Blanch the green beans for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and toss with the butter and a squeeze of lemon.
