Crab toast with coriander
A quick and easy crab paté with a rich bisque flavour to serve with bruschetta-style toasts as a starter or tapas

Serves 3-4 as a starter
Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 10 mins
- Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice and coriander. Season. Taste, then adjust with more mayo, coriander and seasoning if necessary. Serve with toast.
