  These are very easy to make i tend to chuck the ingredients into my bread maker as I have a dough option. I can't get it to the size they say but nevertheless they are delicious especially with chilli con carne.

  I agree easy to make and tasty. didn't make 250g portions though mine alot smaller - a few seemed undercooked through the middle. Would make again but small and thinner.

  I also make use the dough option on my breadmaker. They came out smaller than the recipe states.

  I made this with wholemeal flour. The breads resembled a pitta bread texture with a pouch inside! had it with a saucy dish...it was great!

  Moccafaux is right - they do not compute, and other users have noticed the end product is smaller than they expected. Why don't you correct the recipe instead of letting error proliferate. ?

  i made this bread, it was delicious and so easy apart from the mess, the dough sticks to everything, took the hairs off my arms. even my wife was impressed and she cooks for a living!

  Bung the ingredients in the bread maker then roll out and cook when you need them, what could be easier? I thought these were fantastic, even my takeaway loving husband loved them, we used to buy shop bought naan bread but can't see us doing that again as these we so easy, so much nicer, and we know what's in them. Mine did cook through, but be careful not to burn them, however I would also roll them pretty much as thin as possible next time - which is tonight as the stuff is in the bread maker on timer right now

  This was the most successful home made naan bread so far. The bread was soft and also nicely cooked in the pan.

  I made this recipe as an accompaniment to a main Indian meal. The flatbreads were excellent and very easy to make. I'm just not very confident at rolling out to form a circle, but it didnt matter with this recipe and in the end I actually got them to the right shape!! Definitely better than shop-bought naan.

  Great recipe, really easy! I chopped 4 garlic cloves up & mixed them into the dough to make garlic bread - it was fantastic. I halved the recipe and it made plenty for 2 people. I won't be buying Naan from the shops ever again! I might try mixing the dough in the bread maker next time - less messy!

  Fantastic recipe!! so easy to do, i also added garlic to the dough, next time i make then i will chop up fresh coriander and add that to the dough. I fried them for about 1 min on both sides, then baked the bread so they were extra crispy. Also will never buy naan bread from the shops!

  Oooh, these are lovely, very easy as well. I was cooking for 3 so made 6 small naans following the recipe- eyes were bigger than belly though and probably would have been fine with 1 rather than two each :P) I left mine for only 40 mins to rest but still tasted good, I will be adding some spices next time to experiment.

  I too made the dough in the breadmaker. They were easy, quick and well liked by all. I found them to be really salty, still haven't found the right quantity of salt for me. Reading the other comments I shall try them with garlic and other seasonings too. Much nicer than shop-bought ones.

  These were really simple to make and great with a curry. try to roll them as thin as you can and make sure you keep the heat low so they cook right through :)
