Goat's cheese salad with seeds

Ingredients
For salad
- mixed green leaves
- goat's cheese in log, such as Saint Maure, cut into rounds
- sunflower seeds, about 1 tbsp
- pecans (or walnuts), a few nuts broken into pieces
- some black olives
For dressing
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- a drop of honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt, pepper to taste
Method
- STEP 1Combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
- STEP 2Pour over mixed greens, leaving a bit for the later, toss it.
- STEP 3Scatter your nuts, sunflower seeds and olives over the greens.
- STEP 4Arrange your cheese rounds on top and pour over the remaining dressing.
