Making it veggie

Making it richer

Use a 190g jar of tuna in olive oil, reserving 1 tbsp of the oil to drizzle over the pizza when you add the fish.

I really liked this and I didn't miss the cheese at all. I did make sure to use a really good tin of tuna. Served with a rocket salad.

This was fine, but I felt that it needed to go back in the oven once all the topping (with the exception of the basil) was on to stop it going cold. I also substituted the tomatoes for roasted peppers.
