  This is one of the easiest recipes I have made. Although recommended for students I often make if for my family in the evening. Added bonus of not much washing up!! Worth a try!

  I love this recipe and it has become a regular weekday meal. It's simple to make, really tasty and only uses one dish so less washing up!

  This was really tasty and easy to make. The mustard gave it a nice kick. I didnt do mine in the oven, i cooked the pork chops under the grill then put them on the hob with the spuds and just finished it all off back under the grill. It was much quicker!

  Easy & Yummy! The onions were a little overcooked and blackened by putting them for as long as the potatoes, but that is easily rectified. I will definitely make again!

  This was really tasty, extremely easy and I'll definately do them again. Also good for a one pot meal for a student by using smaller quantities. Didn't finish in the grill just returned to the oven, fabulous result though :-)

  The family really enjoyed this dish - very easy to make and minimal washing up - always a bonus. I added some chunks of carrot with the potato and onion, really tasty and added a bit of colour to the dish.

  really quick, tasty and easy, try it with grated eating apple on the chops first then top with the mustard and chees mixture using a strongish cheddar
