Spaghetti with balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes, capers & pine nuts
Whip up this pasta supper in under half an hour with a cheats tomato sauce with punchy Italian flavours

- Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Toss the tomatoes in a drizzle of olive oil, the vinegar and seasoning. Spread out on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes. Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions.
- In a wide pan, heat a little more oil and add the garlic, pine nuts and capers. Cook on a low heat for 2 minutes or until the garlic and pine nuts begin to brown. Drain the pasta and add to the pan along with the roasted tomatoes and their juices. Season, toss together and serve.
