Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g bacon
- salt, pepper
Method
- STEP 1Wash and dry rocket.
- STEP 2Pour the olive oil into a glass.
- STEP 3Squeeze the lemon juice into the olive oil.
- STEP 4Peel and squeeze the garlic into the oil mix.
- STEP 5Whisk together all the ingredients and add the dressing to the rocket.
- STEP 6Thoroughly mix through the rocket salad.
- STEP 7Chop the bacon and fry it.
- STEP 8Add the fried bacon to the salad and mix.
