Ingredients

  • 200g brown dark or light surger
  • 200g butter
  • 200g self raising flour
  • 1 0r 2 m sized eggs

and any thing you desire for example:

  • raisons
  • nuts
  • cherrys
  • ect

Method

  • STEP 1
    mix the surger and butter in a bowl for about 10 mins
  • STEP 2
    add the egg mix for 5 mins (it might looked curdled but its fine)
  • STEP 3
    add what ever you desire
  • STEP 4
    get a cooking tray and grease it or use backing paper
  • STEP 5
    cook for 50 mins cheack with nife if clean it done leave to cool for 16 mins in tray then remove and wait further 40 mins to cool stone cold
