Really delicious however will add double the jerk seasoning as 2 teaspoons were not enough.

Made these for a bunch of teenagers and they were absolutely delicious. Definitely up the jerk seasoning to give it more of a kick! Made baked sweet potato chips and they were a perfect compliment.

Really nice flavours, the pineapple definitely enhances the dish. I served the burgers as mini patties for a starter along with the relish and it was enjoyed by both children and adults alike.

These were lovely, put in double the amount of jerk seasoning because I like things spicy and it was perfect, but the real star of the show was the pineapple relish, it gave a cool contrast to the warm burger that made the whole thing delicious! Served it in a bun with some sweet potato wedges and a corn on the cob on the side.
