Very filling! I tend to exercise quite a lot and look for meals that will keep me full. This did the trick!

Very filling! I exercise quite often, so am always hungry and looking for decent, healthy food that can keep me full. This worked a treat!

Only difference I made was adding whey protein instead of honey.

Very delicious and healthy recipe.

Very tasty and makes a nice change from the usual boring cereal with milk. I also used fat free vanilla yogurt and then didn't need any honey.

This is an amazing recipe, I used bran flakes instead of fruit and fibre, and used fat free vanilla instead of plain. I will definitely make it again

Absolutely delicious! I've been having this for breakfast ever since I discovered this recipe. I mix up the fruit, I've also tried a few different different fruit and fiber cereals. Keeps me full till lunch and tastes great.

How long will these things stay fresh for? Would I be able to bring them to school as a snack? These look delicious, I can't wait to try them!

Really good recipe for a quick snack to refuel mid afternoon. I don't like seeds and so added some toasted mixed nuts that I had hanging around to boost the protein content. I also used 'all bran' cereal because it had the lowest GI of all the bran cereals so is really filling (although it is a rather acquired taste!) It doesn't need the honey either in my opinion.

I am not a fan of natural yoghurt or honey but this was absolutely gorgeous. I missed off the seeds as I really don't like seeds. Just brilliant
