I am not a fan of natural yoghurt or honey but this was absolutely gorgeous. I missed off the seeds as I really don't like seeds. Just brilliant

Really good recipe for a quick snack to refuel mid afternoon. I don't like seeds and so added some toasted mixed nuts that I had hanging around to boost the protein content. I also used 'all bran' cereal because it had the lowest GI of all the bran cereals so is really filling (although it is a rather acquired taste!) It doesn't need the honey either in my opinion.

How long will these things stay fresh for? Would I be able to bring them to school as a snack? These look delicious, I can't wait to try them!

Absolutely delicious! I've been having this for breakfast ever since I discovered this recipe. I mix up the fruit, I've also tried a few different different fruit and fiber cereals. Keeps me full till lunch and tastes great.
