Delish! I haven't made a stir fry sauce from scratch before as they tend to contain loads of ingredients you'd never use for anything else but as this recipe doesn't, it's perfect! The second time i made it I added some chinese five spice to the sauce which I would deffinately recommend.

Really quick and delicious! I used fresh egg noodles instead of dried ones as they are a lot tastier. Will definitely make again.

I made this dish with a couple of changes to the ingredients. I used a yellow pepper instead of a green pepper to add a bit more colour, and used chilli flavoured noodles to add a bit of ''bite' to the dish. I found that the chilli noodles went extremely well with the other ingredients. I was very surprised that such a simple recipe could produce such a wonderfully tasting dish. This recipe is a winner as far as my family is concerned and no doubt the dish will be making a regular appearance on the family dinner table. Highly recommended.

This is really simple to make! I'm a bit of a noob to cooking, and I thought I'd pick something simple. This meal is awesome! Having your hands smell of ginger is amazing! It's light, not heavy and yet it's quite filling. It's not expensive either! If you're looking for a first meal to make (or a millionth) I'd definitely say give this one a try!

Whole family loved this, i didn't use snow peas as I couldn't get them and I used red peppers. I added wide flat rice noodles instead of egg and added them to the wok before serving. I served snake beans with a coconut soy peanut, chilli sauce on the side. YUMMY!!!

I was looking forward to making this receipe as love all the ingredients. All went well until I added the soy, honey and cornflour mixture and then it went all thick and congealed. I scoured the recipe for another liquid to add but nothing so added some stock of own accord - that sorted it out thankfully. I added some chilli too for a bit of warmth on a hot day! The mange tout were just wonderful and although pricey will buy again as made the dish.

Delicious and quick and easy to make. My 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed this they had seconds and asked for thirds (but we'd finished it all already!) We used green beans and finely sliced carrots. Will make lots more times.

I have made this a few times and it's always really yummy. I also add sesame oil to the noodles once cooked to give a bit of flavour.
