Delicious! And so quick and easy! Not really done anything like this before but making a determined effort to cook 1 new recipe a week and this was it. Will definitley be a repeated recipe in my house from now on. Worried about using that much garlic as I don't normally use alot but trusted the recipe and followed it exactly and it was just right. Try it!

Very tasty. I did add a little more water as the sauce was fairly thick and salty but it was a definite success!

Absolutely delicious, I've made this twice already! It is quite salty, but I did like the thickness of the sauce, it really coated the ingredients well.

Absolutely delicious! So quick and easy to make although I agree and added a little water. I also didn't use egg noodles as I find them very sweet and this is a sweet dish. I used wholemeal ribbon noodles and it worked well. The children liked it too when they had a taste so trying it again with them next week!!

As always I halved the amount of meat and added more veg. Thin ribbons of courgette, mushrooms, sweetcorn, pak choi, spring greens, broccoli or whatever I have in the fridge! Lovely quick and tasty recipe.

Excellent meal and very quick. I like to bulk up the veg with some baby corn and then rather than use egg noodles stir through some rice noodles when the sauce is bubbling.
