Garlic & chilli prawns
Sizzling stir-fried seafood is a super-quick way to knock up some Spanish tapas or party canapés

- Heat 6 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over a high heat and add the chilli and garlic. Give it a good stir and, before the garlic and chilli start to colour, add the prawns. When these begin to go pink, after about 1 minute, turn them over. Cook for another minute until the prawns are completely pink all over and cooked through. Serve sprinkled with parsley and sea salt.
