olive's ultimate NY deli sandwich
An authentic salt beef and pickle sandwich from the Big Apple is easy to recreate for a lunchtime treat

- Mix all the dressing ingredients together. Spread one side of all the bread with dressing then pile on the pastrami and top with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. Skewer together with gherkins cut in half.
