- 284ml carton double cream
- 1/2 tub mascapone
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 2 tsp icing sugar
Method
step 1
Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.step 2
Then quickly fold in the brandy.step 3
Gently fold in mascapone.step 4
Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.
