  • 284ml carton double cream
  • 1/2 tub mascapone
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • 2 tsp icing sugar

    Method

    • step 1

      Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
    • step 2

      Then quickly fold in the brandy.
    • step 3

      Gently fold in mascapone.
    • step 4

      Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.

    This is whiskey cream, otherwise it would use brandy!

    Why does it say whiskey in the ingredients but then says brandy in the recipe???!!!
