Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 75g chopped Walnuts
  • 75g Flaked Almonds
  • 60g chocolate chips or buttons
  • grated rind of 1 orange or lemon

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat your oven to 150c
  • STEP 2
    Cream the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence
  • STEP 3
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
  • STEP 4
    Spoon small amounts onto a baking tray
  • STEP 5
    Bake for approx 18-20 minutes
  • STEP 6
    Allow to cool completely before storing. Can be stored in an airtight container.
