Winter greens with pine nuts, chilli & garlic
Spruce up your cabbage with simple Mediterranean flavours and have a side with a difference in only 20 minutes

- Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large pan. Add the chilli, garlic and pine nuts and cook gently until the nuts have a little colour. Add the lemon juice.
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the kale and cook for 3-4 minutes till tender. Drain well then toss with the oil.
