  1. PREHEAT OVEN 150 FAN /170 C/GAS 3/ LINE A 20CM ROUND CAKE TIN
  2. PUT ALL THE INGREDIENT INTO LARGE BOWL AND MIXWELL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. SCRAPING DOWN THE SIDES TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL MIXED NICE
  3. PUT IN TO TIN .AND POP NUTS ON TOP
  4. PUT IN TO OVEN MIDDLE SHELF FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINS
  5. COOL ON TRAY AND ENJOY

  • 3 MEDIUM EGGS
  • 3TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TSP MIXED SPICE
  • 100G NUTS
