Really easy to make (used white wine). Not 100% successful but my Brie had been frozen and then thawed so it might have changed how the melting happened...?

A quick and delicious starter, served as a per barbecue dish which was very successful.

I got a camembert baker for Christmas and cut a couple of large garlic cloves into slivers and stuck those straight in through the camembert skin and made some slots to poke some sage sprigs in as well......and it was delicious. Am keen to try this recipe too or repeat my first attempt and just add booze!
All very moreish!
