Salmon, fennel & lime plates
This is a fresh and light way to serve up smoked salmon - ideal as a last minute starter

NO COOK- Divide the smoked salmon between 4 plates. Toss the fennel, red onion, lime juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil and a little black pepper. Arrange over the salmon and serve.
