CONSISTENCY

Soured cream is a little more liquid than crème fraîche, so add a bit of milk if you use crème fraîche.

I made this for a Christmas buffet. It was very straight forward to prepare and it was very popular. I would definitely make it again. As well as celery sticks I put out carrot sticks and pieces of red and orange peppers, which seemed to go well with it.
