Brown sugar brandy cream

This simple brandy cream can be made in five minutes and is lighter than some traditional brandy butters

Method

  1. Mix together the crème fraîche, vanilla seeds, brandy and sugar. This can be chilled for up to 2 days - just give everything a good stir. sprinkle on a little extra sugar before serving.
