Preparation and cooking times
- Melt the butter and 200 g chocolate together on low heat. Chop up the rest of the chocolate into big chunks and leave till later.
- Mix flour, bicarb, vanilla and salt together. Whisk the eggs fluffy with the muscavado sugar. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture, then whisk in flour mixture. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Heap big tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet and shove in the oven for 5-7 mins at 200*C. Bake on the middle shelf, one tray at a time.
- Tip!! When cookies are cooling on the tray flatten them slightly with a spatula... They will come out of the oven slighlty gooey, but they do go harder as they cool. Anyway...who doesn't like gooey cookies!?
