  Perfect for breakfast, really. Not too sweet, but tasty. Only problem that too much muffin left on the paper cases.

  Really easy to make, my eight year old son did all the mixing, loved the sweet crunchy topping contrasting with the sharpness of the berries. Those of you with a sweet tooth might like to add another tablespoon of brown sugar to the recipe.

  Good, not overly sweet. I'd recommend using greased silicone cupcake cases though as my cakes got stuck in the paper quite a bit.

  Really tasty and quite filling as a breakfast I didnt have any raspberries in the house, but I used raspberry low fat yoghurt instead of plain, and put dried cranberries into them as well as a bit of extra fruit.

  Really good recipe! I used toffee flavoured fat free yoghurt and replaced the raspberries with dates! made it a bit more moist and sweeter.

  These were lovely and moist, but they most definitely need a sweeter touch to them. Frozen raspberries can be really quite tart, and so can apples. I will definitely be making these again, but next time trying them with a sweet, flavoured yoghurt (though ff flavoured yoghurt often has artificial sweeteners in it, and experimenting with them in the past has resulted in some recipes tasting extremely odd!)

  I prepared it already at least 5 times and it became one of our favorite muffins. I use xilitol instead of soft brown sugar. After cooling it's easier to get out of the paper.

  I used even less sugar and they still be sweet and really tasty. also used baking paper instead of paper cases and there was no problem with getting them out. Second day - still tasty and moist though I prefer to eat them when they're warm. Definitely a must do!

  I made these this morning. So quick and fuss free! Do use baking paper because the muffins come out perfectly. I halved the recipe and used just 2 tbsp of oil and it was still very moist. Definitely a keeper!

  I forgot to buy muffin cases, so I just buttered the muffin tray and cooked them - they came out perfectly! They're very tasty and filling, great for breakfast or part of lunch :)

  easy and delicious .. they made 12 muffins for me, and i added blueberries to half of them, yes they stuck to the paper so will try putting them straight into the silicone tray, perfect not very sweet but i used fresh rapberries, so they may have made them sweeter, will make again, will up the cinammon, just as i like that, and will try with cranberries next time...5 pp if your a weight watcher

  Delicious! And so quick and easy. I greased a muffin pan and they came out perfectly. Used dark brown sugar and Pur Natur Bio Natural with Raspberry yoghurt. I would increase the cinnamon next time. The perfect muffin to take around to a friends for breakfast/brunch.

  wanted to try these but had no apples or frozen berries or yoghurt - so used (doing half quantity) a mashed banana, and fresh wild strawberries from the garden and full fat milk, three quarter filled a well greased (from other tips) 6 hole silicon cake tray, still had enough for 3 more so did in paper cases, and as for other people they stuck like hell to the paper cases, but not the silicon, still needed 20-25 minutes to cook, i only used about half the sugar as I am diabetic, next time I will add a bit of sweetner, as were not quite sweet enough but they were very light and nice,well worth a try, and as I only did half quantity and made 9 cakes, they are even lower in fat, and approx 3g of sugar (not counting the natural sugar in the fruit

  These muffins are lovely for breakfast; I love the crunchy topping and the fact they aren't too sweet. I also had the problem of getting them out of paper cases. Made them with the kids - very easy.

  These muffins are great! Very easy recipe, they came out great. I added cinammon to the oats and sugar mixture on top, and that worked really well. Would definitely recommend this recipe.

  Brilliant recipe, although I made some changes following earlier comments. I greased a silicone muffin tray well, and had no problems removing the muffins. I also added an extra spoon of sugar. I used sunflower oil, fresh rasberries, low fat (as opposed to fat free) yoghurt, and mixed spice instead of cinnamon. The resulting muffins were delicious. Moist, and flavoursome. I would definitely make these again.
