Chilli crusted fish with green beans
Perk up fish with a pesto crust for a speedy and satisfying supper that's cheap to boot

- Heat the oven to 200C/fan180C/gas6. Put the fish fillets on a baking tray. Season then spread the chilli pesto on each. Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan and scatter over the fish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and top bubbling.
- Cook the beans until tender then toss with a knob of butter and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with the fish and lemon wedges.

- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Parmesan , grated to make 1 tbsp
- 250g green beans , trimmed
- butter
- 1 lemon , cut into wedges
- crusty bread , to serve
