Method

  1. Firstly chop the Bannana into thick slices
  2. Then add to a mixer/blender/smoothie machine
  3. Next add enough milk to cover the chopped Bannanas
  4. Mix these together until nice and frothy
  5. To add that extra buzz in the why not add a tsp of coffee or chocolate powder
  6. Then pour into a glass and serve

    sounds lovely i give it 4 stars becuse all it is is a glorified banana milkshake :-(
