a simple to make shake to get you going in the morning with minimal washing up

Makes 1 portion
Preparation and cooking times
- Firstly chop the Bannana into thick slices
- Then add to a mixer/blender/smoothie machine
- Next add enough milk to cover the chopped Bannanas
- Mix these together until nice and frothy
- To add that extra buzz in the why not add a tsp of coffee or chocolate powder
- Then pour into a glass and serve
