Cocoa nib tart
Crunchy cocoa nibs made from roasted and shelled beans add texture and bite to a bitter dark chocolate tart

Ready in 35 mins- Line a 20cm deep tart tin with sweet pastry and bake blind. Brush the base with melted milk chocolate and sprinkle on the cocoa nibs. Whisk the golden caster sugar, egg and egg yolk together until thick and fluffy. Fold in the plain chocolate and butter. Pour into the tart, smooth the top and bake at 190C/fan 170C/gas 5 for 12-15 minutes and then cool in the tin.
