Gnocchi with mushrooms, spinach & poached egg

- Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water following pack instructions then drain well.
- Heat a frying pan and add half the butter. Tip in the mushrooms, season, then fry on a high heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Add the garlic, then toss for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Add the gnocchi to the mushroom pan with the spinach and the rest of the butter. Toss together over the heat until the spinach wilts. Season. Serve topped with a poached egg.
