Sage & onion toad-in-the-hole

Ready in 55 minutes
- Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Put the sausages and onion wedges into an ovenproof baking dish, drizzle over oil then cook for 25 minutes until everything is turning brown.
- Meanwhile put the flour in a bowl, whisk in the egg and milk to make a smooth batter then stir in the chopped sage. Pour into the hot dish then cook for another 30 minutes until crisp and golden.
