Orzo with butter, lemon & herbs
A new Italian pasta side dish that is a good alternative to rice or spuds

Ready in 15 minutes
Vegetarian
- Cook the orzo following the packet instructions and drain well. Melt the butter and cook the garlic for a couple of minutes then add the lemon juice.
- Stir into the orzo with the cheese and herbs.
