Chestnut, apple & sausage stuffing
Fresh chestnuts make a brilliant stuffing that is packed with Christmas flavours

- Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Fry the sausagemeat in a little butter until browned. Scoop out and fry the onions until soft. Add everything else to the pan, mix and season well.
- Tip into a loaf tin or baking dish and bake for 40 minutes until the top is browned and crisp.
