My boyfriend told me about these, his mum used to make them all the time when they were kids! I make them a lot now for us,its so quick and you can put whatever you want on them. I usually go with salami, green pepper and mushroom or ham and pineapple. I cook mine in a fan oven at 200c for 10 mins. Definitely a good way to get kids involved in cooking.

These are great for a quick lunch, I also put them in the oven. I usually top with whatever comes to hand, in fact I have some leftover pineapple from tonight's curry so may make these for lunch tomorrow :-)

Great for a quick meal. I topped with tuna, sweetcorn and cheese and put in a very hot oven for 10 minutes. Served with salad.

My boys loved adding the topping to these themselves and found it rewarding and fun eating their own creations. We made a gluten free one for Daddy too, using a gluten free pitta. We used chorizo on top and they we truly delicious. Will definitely make these again!

Made this for my girlfriend as a starter and didn't think it was too bad. Next time I will do it with peppers and red onion maybe some other additional ingredients.
