Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Cook for 5 mins until softened. Stir in the crushed garlic clove and cook for a further minute. Add the sundried tomato paste, the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of sugar. Gently cook for 20-25 mins until rich and thick. Season to taste, then leave to cool before serving.

    very easy to make. tasty ok but was a little bland for my taste. would be a good healthy chutney/salsa style for kids though. prob wont make again as there are better reciepes available but was ok. x

    Really easy to make and very, very tasty, especially on the BBQ burgers! Have made a large jar full and it's disappearing fast!

    I used honey in place of sugar and purée'd it to make a sauce. Tangy and tasty!
