  • 400g punnet strawberries, chopped
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 500g pot low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 12 small amaretti biscuits, crushed

Method

In a small bowl, mix the strawberries with half the sugar, then roughly mash them with a fork so they are juicy. Mix the remaining sugar into the yogurt, then layer up 6 glasses with amaretti biscuits, yogurt and strawberries.

A really simple yet delicious dessert. I like to do this with half n' half raspberries and strawberries for some added zing, nom nom!

Really good quick healthy pud! Have varied the fruit according to season and am actually making it today with blueberries poached in a little apple juice to make a sort of jam
