Chorizo with white beans and spinach
This super-easy dish has a spicy kick thanks to the chorizo, and will be on the table in just 30 minutes

Ready in 30 mins
- Cook the onion in 1 tbsp of olive oil until softened then add the chorizo and fry for a few minutes until it starts to give out its oil. Add the chicken stock and simmer for a minute then add the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Serve with crusty bread.
