Method

  1. Melt the butter, chocolate and syrup
  2. Add the crushed biscuits and maltesers
  3. Mix together then pour into a greased baking tin and chill until set.
  4. Option: Once set, melt the additional chocolate and pour over the top. Chill until set

    Hi, I used a 7x12 tray, but have made it with a smaller tray previously, just means the traybake is thicker.

    My 14 year old daughter made this in about 5 minutes, simplest thing she's ever made and absolutely loved it - very tasty, great for the kids to make to introduce them to baking - shall definitely make it again.
