Method

  1. Heat oven to 180C/fan160C /gas 4. Tear 2 pitta breads into crisp-size pieces and brush with 1 tsp oil.
  2. Sprinkle with lime zest and 1⁄2 tsp chilli flakes.
  3. Bake for 10 mins until crisp. Sprinkle with salt if you like.

    very easy and look fab... didnt particularly like the lime but they were great as a snack.. especially with salt and the 4 dips. I will be serving these as a starter at my next dinner party!

    great but i think i didnt zest the lime fine enough so the taste of life was very strong. going to try making lemon and chilli flake. try basting the pitta bread before ripped off, saves time!

    OMG these are amazing so simple to do yet so tasty omitted the Lime and added lots of chilli flakes (maybe less next time!) so doing these again
