  It was very difficult to chop up raw sausages and keep the skins on, on my second attempt I grilled them first and then chopped them up also if you want more sauce add another tin of tomatoes and less chilli powder as we found it too spicy! We love this recipe for a quick cheap mid week meal.

  This is very tasty, satisfying and simple to prepare. Next time I will skin the sausages and roll into balls for a smoother texture.

  I use scissors to cut up the sausages as it's quicker than a knife and you keep the skins on with ease!

  I make a recipe similar to this, but instead of adding pasta i serve the sauce over rice, i also add peppers and other veg to the pan. This is my kids favourite meal. Also if you dont like chilli this is delish with paprika.

  I made this for my family a couple of weeks ago and my 8 year old daughter absolutely loved it and has asked for it again. Looks like this will be a Friday night favourite as it is so easy to make. I also made an addition to the receipe - nce everything was cooked and all mixed together, I put it in an oven proof dish, grated cheese over the top and popped it under a preheated grill until all the cheese bubbling. To me this set the dish off perfectly.

  truly brillant for students! I'm a student and I just love this recipe. I sometime substitute sausage with tinned hotdogs when that's all I've got and its much easier to slice too. Also good with mixed vegies (when I cook for my veggie flat mate!)
