    Frozen low fat yoghurt, and frozen forest fruits are lovely whizzed up with cloudy apple juice - a bit lighter but still yummy

    I put a handful each of various forest fruits plus 1 small banana with half small tub of Greek yogurt and if to thick when mixed together I add semi-skimmed milk ....yummy and very filling

    I used a handful of rasberries,four strawberries,1 bannana,3 desertspoons low fat greek yoghurt,and a splash of light soya milk,it,s very filling for breakfast.mmm too.

    Try using Almond milk instead of yogurt. Unsweetened Almond milk has like.. 26 calories per 200ml and is very nutritious. :)
